Description

Indications:

Instructions for use:

1. Insert the batteries in the scale or remove the insulation protection strips.
2. Place the scale on a firm, flat surface.
3. Briefly tap the scale with your foot to activate the vibration sensor. 0.0 kg will appear on the display.
4. To measure weight, step onto the scale and carefully distribute your weight evenly between both legs.
5. When the weight reading appears steadily, the measurement is complete.
6. Step off the scale surface and it will deactivate after a few seconds.

To determine your body fat and other body values, the device must be configured by storing the user’s personal data.

1. To configure settings, press the “SET” button when 0.0 kg appears on the display when switching on the scale.
2. Enter the personal values for height, age, gender and activity level in the corresponding storage location. The scale will then switch off automatically.
3. Switch on the scale again and press the “SET” button to select the storage number where you saved your data. This data will be displayed consecutively on the screen, followed by 0.0 kg and the selected gender.
4. Step onto the scale barefoot and position yourself on both electrodes. Remain still while the analysis takes place and the results will be displayed automatically.
5. The device switches off automatically.
6. The tables required for evaluating the results are provided in the instructions for use.
