Description
Indications:
The silicone ring with protrusion is indicated for grade 1, 2 uterine prolapse, cystocele, and urinary incontinence. The protrusion is designed to act on the upper part of the urethra, correcting stress incontinence.
The physician may also prescribe this product in preparation for a possible operation.

- The protrusion prevents urine from entering the urethra unintentionally.

- The pelvic floor must be intact and stable for the use of this pessary.
- The correct position of the urethral ring pessary is where the pessary protrusion displaces the transition between the bladder and the urethra upwards. Thanks to this position, urine is prevented from entering the urethra involuntarily, as often occurs in cases of stress or urge incontinence.
