Description
Indications:
Indicated for cases of pelvic relaxation and uterine prolapse up to third degree, thanks to the internal support.
In patients with cystocele, this pessary supports both the medial and lateral walls. It is also used in rehabilitation of patients with vaginal vault prolapse after hysterectomy, combined with pelvic floor therapy.
For greater effectiveness, use is recommended only when the pelvic floor is sufficiently intact.
