Indications:
For auscultation of high- and low-frequency sounds in the thoracic cavity in both adult and paediatric patients.
Allows sounds to be recorded for subsequent evaluation.

- Double-sided stainless-steel chestpiece with dual-frequency diaphragm, with open or closed bell
- Super-soft eartips that provide excellent acoustic seal and a comfortable fit
- Amplification up to x40 (at peak frequency, compared to analogue mode)
- Allows switching between analogue mode and amplified listening mode
- Active noise cancellation reduces unwanted background noise.
- Pre-assembled with a CORE digital attachment. Allows saving and annotating 15, 30, 60 or 120-second recordings in the secure dashboard
- The 3M Littmann CORE stethoscope connects to Eko software on a smart device to visualise, record and share data.
- If you wear a hearing aid, it can be connected via your mobile phone to the app to listen to the stethoscope sounds. Depending on the user’s degree of hearing loss, it may even be possible to hear the stethoscope sound without the hearing aid by increasing the volume via the app.
