Description

Indications:

Device for illuminating and examining the ear canal, as well as for ophthalmic examination (enables a thorough examination of the eye and the fundus). Includes an otoscope, an ophthalmoscope and a nasal speculum.

Features:

• 2.5 V xenon illumination (ref. 2050 and ref. 2050-201) or 2.7 V vacuum bulb (ref. 2050).
• Handle for 2 C-type alkaline batteries with rheostat.
• Expandable nasal speculum.
• Uni I otoscope head, May Uni II ophthalmoscope head, lamp holder, 2 laryngeal mirrors no. 3 and 4, blade holder, spare lamp for otoscope (also for lamp holder).
• Case with safety lock.

OTOSCOPE

• Detachable 4x magnifying lens, pivoting to both sides.
• Detachable glass cover for inserting external instruments.
• Suitable for nasal examinations using the 9 mm speculum.
• Snap-in lock for quick and secure handle attachment.
• Sealed system for pneumatic otoscopy.
• Ageing-resistant chrome-plated metal head.
• Easy lamp replacement at the front of the instrument head.
• Includes ear specula with a 2, 3 and 4 mm stainless-steel sleeve.

OPHTHALMOSCOPE

• Long service life thanks to the solid, robust metal head.
• Snap-in lock for quick and secure attachment to the handle.
• Lens wheel with corrective lenses from 0 to +20 and from 0 to −20 dioptres, ensuring a sharp image even with particularly pronounced refractive errors.
• Diaphragm with large circle for fundus examinations.
• Easy lamp replacement at the bottom of the instrument head via a simple snap-in mechanism.
