Description

Indications:

Indicated for use in cases of fractures and dislocations to immobilize finger joints resulting from occupational, domestic, sports, or other accidents.

Also indicated for the immobilization of upper extremities in children or agitated patients receiving intravenous therapy who require immobilization.

Features:

• Custom immobilization can be performed.
• Secured with an overlying bandage or Velcro system.
• Materials:

• • White lacquered aluminum on one side (tensile strength 195 MPa, 0.2% yield strength of 176 MPa, and A50 elongation of 5%).
  • Cross-linked polyolefin foam with a density of 3.7 kg/m3 and tensile strength limits: 0.309 MPa longitudinally and 0.22 MPa transversally.
  • Polyethylene sheet with adhesive (not in contact with skin).
• Non-reusable, single-use material.
• Latex-free.
• Thickness: 0.7 mm aluminum; 4 mm foam.
• Non-sterile.
• Different sizes available.
