Indications:
- Heat treatment: controls and relieves pain and discomfort—without acute inflammation—caused by lumbago, torticollis, rheumatism, muscle contractures, rheumatoid arthritis, muscle aches, hypothermia, and in all cases where the application of heat is necessary.
- Cold treatment: relieves and soothes pain caused primarily by inflammation such as hematomas, edema, trauma, sprains, and wounds; it is also useful for high temperatures, fever, and whenever cryotherapy is required.
