Therefore, a Quality and Environmental Policy has been established for implementation by all its company employees, Brand Representatives, and companies working on its behalf.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>FLEMING is therefore committed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring that all internal Fleming manufacturing and conditioning processes guarantee the safety and health of its employees, the quality of the final product, and prevent any harmful damage to the environment, minimizing the amount of waste generated during these processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all products and resources used by Fleming to carry out its professional activity do not pose any harmful risk to the health, safety, or environment of any employee or internal company personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all products manufactured by Fleming utilize sustainable materials whenever possible throughout their entire life cycle, and that the waste generated by them is minimized. As well as ensuring the distribution of products from suppliers who use sustainable materials and are committed to environmental protection.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all products supplied by Fleming, whether manufactured by the company or not, comply with all quality and health regulations and do not pose any risk to the health and safety of end-users or intermediaries. As well as fully satisfying the needs and requirements of the customer or end-user.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all products and processes, equipment and facilities, as well as personnel, comply with and are up-to-date on all applicable regulations for medical devices and other relevant standards, and promoting environmental awareness in all activities performed.
